Check back regularly as we will be adding more activities for you to take part in as we move through 2021. We don’t know when or if, we will be able to gather together so we encourage you to celebrate Baysville’s 150 with the following:

If These Stones Could Talk….

Who were the pioneers who settled our village? What families have deep roots here? Take the self guided walking tour of Baysville’s cemeteries where you can find out about some of the folks who made Baysville the wonderful village it is today! You can download the brochure here or pick one up at the main entrance of the Baysville general cemetery on Dickie Street.

Baysville Historic Walking Tour

This tour will take you through the village of Baysville, and takes approximately 1 ½ hours to complete.  Please always be respectful of private property. Download the map and guide booklet here.

Family Time Capsule 2021

A time capsule of 2021 is a fun project for families to create together to celebrate Baysville’s 150th! A time capsule can reinforce the importance of celebrating our memories, gives us a chance to be creative, helps us to reflect on how times have changed and most importantly, gives us something to look forward to in the future! Download some ideas for creating your own here and please send us pictures of your time capsules so we can post them.

Baysville Heritage Buildings Colouring Sheets

Colouring can be a very relaxing activity – why not colour some of the heritage buildings in our own little village? David Ferguson has turned photographs into colour pages for you to colour. Thanks to everyone who consented to have their property included. Properties will be added periodically so check back here every few weeks to download a new page.
